Für Elise is a famous piece of piano music written by composer Ludwig van Beethoven in 1810. Für Elise is German for For Elise. The music has a recurring theme, which is a musical phrase that repeats throughout.

Parents: While watching and listening to the video, please discuss the following questions with your child.
- Can you hear the theme of the music? If so, can you sing or hum the tune?
- What do you think of playing two pianos at the same time? Do you think it would be easy or hard? Is it something you would like to try?
- Based on what you hear, think of some words to describe Elise. Who is Elise? What is she like? (e.g. I think Elise is _____ because __________.)
