Lesson 2 – Jumping Games
- Think of some animals that jump and mimic animal jumping (e.g. bunny, frog, kangaroo, grasshopper)
- Jump with both feet together across the room
- Play jumping relays with family members
- Play jumping whistle game – children jump around like a certain animal and freeze when they hear the whistle. Parents blow the whistle or use something else to create sound (e.g. bell, clap, or yell “Freeze!”)
